Who can buy from Meltoys?
Meltoys supplies business customers, including retailers and resellers. Apply with your company registration number, VAT number, billing address and warehouse or delivery address. Our team reviews each application before enabling trade prices, stock and ordering.
Is registration or an initial order request binding?
Registration and the initial order request create no purchase obligation. We review the goods, pallets, freight and VAT, then send a personal proforma by email. The order becomes binding when you explicitly accept that final proforma and the applicable trade terms through the emailed confirmation link.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
The minimum product order is €1,000.00 excluding VAT and freight. The basket shows the current minimum and any amount still needed before checkout.
Can I buy individual units?
Products are ordered in full packs. Each product shows its units per pack and minimum quantity. Order quantities must be multiples of that pack size.
How are freight and pallets calculated?
We calculate pallets and freight after receiving your non-binding request. These charges are included in the final proforma before you accept. You may arrange your own transport by prior agreement.
When do I pay and how long is stock reserved?
Payment is due within seven calendar days after acceptance of the final proforma. Stock is reserved for that payment period. Wait for your personal proforma and payment instructions before making a transfer.
When will my order be dispatched?
After we have checked and approved your payment, we pick, load and dispatch the order within 1-3 working days from our Netherlands warehouse. This is dispatch time; transport time to the destination is additional.
Which countries do you supply?
We serve business customers across the European Union, including the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Luxembourg, Czechia, Portugal and Italy. Special customs or VAT territories and other destinations require prior agreement. Freight is confirmed individually.
Are prices and stock public?
Trade prices and stock availability are visible only after business account approval and sign-in. You can browse the public catalogue and packaging information before applying.
